Hotel Shangbola established in 2010 ad is one of the best lodge in Chisopani. It is about 22 KM from Sundarijal and is nearby Shivapuri National park. It is a perfect destination for one-night trip and hiking.
Perfect time to visit
March – May is the best time to visit. The weather during this time is perfect. It is neither hot nor cold. You get to see beautiful view of mountains and sunrise. If you are lucky enough you get to see deer, kalij and other different birds and animals. During this time Rhododendrons will welcome you to this beautiful place.
for ones who loves to play with snow, Jan-Dec is the best time since there are chances of snowfall.
How to reach?
You can come to Chisopani by hiking, biking or through jeeps. Trip to Chisopani is adventurous. Once you reach Sundarijal, the rest of the journey to Chisopani is in the woods. You follow the river or walk through the trails. It is about 22KM from Sundarijal. It will almost take you about 4-6 hours and a couple of hours on bike or jeep.
